Because many of our products are food items and perishable in nature, returns are limited. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of chocolates and edible products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items once they have been delivered, except in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order arrived damaged
- The product was defective
- Your order was incomplete or missing items
To be eligible for review, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
