Welcome to SweetWorlds. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, sweetworlds.com (the "Site"), and the purchase of products from SweetWorlds ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

SweetWorlds is an online store based in Pakistan offering premium chocolates, coffee, snacks, and gourmet food products from authentic international and local brands, with delivery across Pakistan.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products, including their packaging, colors, and descriptions, as accurately as possible. However, actual products may vary slightly from images shown due to packaging updates by manufacturers or screen display differences.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse an order at our discretion.
Product weights, sizes, and nutritional information are provided by manufacturers. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should carefully read the product packaging upon delivery before consumption. SweetWorlds is not liable for adverse reactions to any product consumed.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout, which may include cash on delivery (COD), debit/credit cards, and bank transfer.
In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund of any amount paid.

5. Orders & Order Confirmation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by SweetWorlds.
We may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or delivery limitations. If payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through our courier partners.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. Delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle the customer to compensation.
Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Chocolate and other heat-sensitive items may be affected by high temperatures during transit, especially in summer months. We take reasonable care in packaging, but minor melting during transit is not considered a defect.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

As we sell food products, returns are not accepted for reasons of change of mind, taste preference, or opened items, due to health and safety regulations.
If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Verified claims will be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method (or as store credit for COD orders) within 7–14 business days.

8. Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched by contacting our customer support.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the SweetWorlds name, logo, images, text, and design — is the property of SweetWorlds or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party brand names and product images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SweetWorlds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
